Fellow Americans,

After the attack on Capitol Hill in 2021 I hoped that our system of government and the justice system would run its proper course. Together with the legal counsel, we’ve deliberated long and hard on how to fix the system after several decisions of the Supreme Court such as one that makes any president a king. This intends to prevent Donald Trump from receiving a just sentencing in several criminal court cases against him. Preventing anyone from seizing power as a king or dictator is the most important reason for the Constitution to exist. The only remaining way to fix the system is to declare martial law which I’ve done. All these laws take immediate effect and will be judged in the legal and political system, such as in the ballot box, with free and fair elections by the people after the shortest possible period of martial law. No one is above the law and neither am I even though the Supreme Court has ruled otherwise.

The First Law is that all Supreme Court judges suspected of having acted as a domestic enemy to the United States of America as mentioned in the Constitution must immediately leave that public office after being given notice in writing by the president. Not doing so is a criminal offense punishable by 10 years imprisonment (etc).

These notices have been given to judges: x, y, z (etc), and none still hold that office. (Either because they resigned or because the FBI arrested them. Because it’s the law there is no need to use the military. Leaving only noncorrupt Supreme Court judges.)

The Second Law corrects all corrupt Supreme Court rulings by the judges who are out of public office.

The Third Law is that anyone who is suspected of inciting violence can be held in incommunicado custody for the duration of the martial law.   

The Fourth Law is that no public office can be held by anyone over 72 years.

I step down as your President and the Vice President will now be sworn in as your new President. It was a great honor to (etc.).

To further explain this speech:

Following the Constitution as I read it only when wanting to use the military in cases of martial law requires prior congressional approval. There is no need to use the military. The same concerns the trying and sentencing of traitors. It doesn’t apply to suspected treason and detention pending trial.   Because acting on martial law may preceed publicly declaring it, Donald Trump can be kept incommunicado at say Camp David before the publication of the new law to all.

The logic of martial law is a back-to-basics affair. Akin to a test pilot when the plane doesn’t react as advertised you can’t follow the book. When a plane spins out of control when simply following the flight manual any pilot instantly becomes a bad test pilot when strictly following that book. The good ones that have the right stuff are the ones that can quickly mentally rewrite it in time. Trump and the Supreme Court have sailed the US into uncharted territory that no lawmaker could have foreseen. As survival of the fittest dictates, people who believe in Justice must adapt in time or die.  As the ancient Greeks knew in a crisis you can’t have fair elections when in a crisis. In this case, this is especially true because the crisis concerns the fairness of the elections.  It requires immediate effective even-handed leadership. By taking both himself and Trump out of the presidential race with a law that no doubt a great majority of Americans will later on support and placing the Republican and Democrat parties in the same predicament this is achieved. You can’t have fair elections about who will become the new lawmakers when one side has constantly committed high treason without the leadership justifiably reacting to that. With hindsight it would have been better had Trump been arrested for high treason in 2021. This now needs to be corrected.

The one law of human nature that derives from one law of human nature dictates not to make the error of reasoning that the elections in November are the way to sort this out peacefully. You are a criminally insane nitwit when you don’t decisively take all criminals out of any election process.

As history also repeatedly shows not supporting the foreseen winning criminal makes people hypnotically support that criminal to become the dictator leader for fear of otherwise losing out after the elections. The seeming contradiction dictates taking the lead by dictate. First, take all criminals out by martial law in a way that as closely as possible follows existing laws. Because I’m a Dutch former magistrate and former member of the bar I most probably haven’t done the best possible job of that for the USA.  Yet, emergencies break all laws even the Constitution. The only law it doesn’t break is the law of nature such as the law of gravity. Biden and the Democratic party especially need to get their heads out of their hindsides now!
