Kremlin on high alert as coup rumours grow in Moscow: Disgruntled generals join FSB looking to oust Putin and end Ukraine war

The rumours of Putin needing surgery for cancer have been going so this story by Willems in City A.M. might well be true.
There are now two possibilities in an extremly volitile situation:
Putin is ousted whether or not he in vain tries to go nuclear on probably Lviv. Then the West had an extreme much more luck than warranted by the actions of NATO. Putin then overplayed his hand in not going nuclear sooner wanting to grab more of Ukraine before a cease fire after a de-escalating nuke strike. Gambling on a good deal then by nucking NATO into neutrality.
If indeed the entire mob scene is ousted by the military then indeed the sanctions have worked and can still work to force Russia to change its political structure.
Any new president should have a completely independent oracle senate with senators for life. Representing all walks of life and part-timers. Every year new twenty-two-year-olds should join half of which are females. At the age of seventy-two, they should no longer be required to be active.
This senate of non-politicians should hold the keys to the nukes.
This is the only way to prevent future presidents from slowly grabbing power and slowly being surrounded by yes-men. The heart of this problem is that the world is still on the verge of WW3 armageddon.
In 2014 I at first also didn’t immediately grasp the seriousness of the green men in Crimea. That took me a year to grasp for I was focused on other things. I too could have needed an oracle senate advice to us Dutch to immediately act.
So first of all without such sound well informed timely advice, no one including politicians can act. In 2014 it would have been political suicide. This is due to the need for reelection in a 50% + 1 vote logical surrounding. Thinking about nukes is taboo, for too scary. Alas in that loophole a mobster is shore to jump when in economical problems like Putin or Hitler etc.
Our olichargs in the USA, EU, and NATO should also grasp their interest in getting this better organized in a “More Millionaires, No Poor, No War” way. This was bad for business.
It being highly volatile means thus that it could indeed take a turn for the best. Even if the romours about the health of Putin are untrue, the rumours alone could gather momentum and like with any dictator or ancient Roman emperor result in a backstabbing coup or even civil war.
Volatile things can also go the other way: Putin stays in power and even when very sick still has the power to launch a de-escalating nuke strike on Lviv. Asking for an immediate cease-fire and negotiations. Demanding that the NATO countries declare themselves neutral.
It might dawn then on NATO that Putin then as a desperado mobster will escalate. He’s nothing to lose as long as he can hold on to power.
The NATO top brass was also in a nuke taboo mindset to get a military career. I guess this now has been a wake-up call to Sweden, Finland, and all the world that naive neutrality is dangerous. And that also our peoples are in dire need of political reform.
Had NATO had that advice from an oracle senate to keep its defense in order and a viable nuclear umbrella with the EU senate holding the keys to an EU nuclear deterrence then Putin wouldn’t even have tried to send his green men to Crimea in 2014. Then we wouldn’t have been on the verge of armageddon.
It’s quite a loony that noone of the military top brass could even think of finding a golden bridge way out for Putin. If this goes well, it was unjustified luck whilst blundering along.
Only international cooperation via well-informed independent advice can save the world.
The world is still morbidly overstressed in an obvious Dr. Ingo Piepers thermodynamics of war algorithm. Even if this per hap chance works out with Putin.
