Here I show that “I think, therefore I am”, is a local absolute proof of existence that must be further improved and refined in a reductio ad absurdum way to ‘every conscious homo sapiens observes local elements interact via one law of nature’. Because of nuclear weapons, the complexity level of science has risen since Descartes, and this, in turn, necessitates homo sapiens to first pass the improved elementary scientist exam before judging such issues.

This Socratic taboo questionnaire provides an unambiguous answer to the question of whether you are certified as an elementary scientist. Only proven elementary scientists are potential reliable sources on elementary issues. The question of whether or not you are a basic scientist with a Ph.D. is irrelevant to an elementary probandum of this article. ‘Elementary’ means most fundamental in the superset cosmos.

1.           Are you a homo sapiens? If not please state what you are. If you are a computer please shut down. If you are homo sapiens but don’t accept the Grand Goal of the decent survival of homo sapiens then please shut up and enlighten us on what your opinion is after you’ve died.

2.           Do you accept the Grand Axiom of One Consistent Cosmos? Consistent means absolutely loophole-free complete and absolutely no contradictions in the superset cosmos. If not, then no elementary scientific discourse is possible. So, please shut up, be attentive, and return when you do. For if real magic exists then all the science and the scientific method are per logical definition falsified. An open mind has its limits given the Grand Goal.

3.           Do you claim to have solved all the first three rising complexity levels of the elementary questions in science and do you provide all the geometry and other mathematical theorems on which all further non-pseudo infinite incomplete science can logically be based in One Law of Nature? If you don’t, please shut up, be attentive, and return when you do.

4.           Do you claim to have the elementary and basic scientific instruction manual of the instrument brain and that of the collective instrument brain as the physics of psychology based on the One Law of Human Nature that is consistent with the One Law of Nature and can you prove to have best practice applied it successfully in all of several fields? If not, please shut up, be attentive, and return when you do.

If not, please shut up, be attentive, and come back when you very precisely and respectfully can show any data that is incorrect or not dealt with that you or others have consistently dealt with. If any such major error amounting to valid falsification exists it should be very easy to be shown. This is logical because the claim in this model is that it’s all classical mechanics. When anyone shows minor errors or omissions * that no doubt always will exist * these are irrelevant when corrected after giving a reasonable time to do so. This is because nitpicking is a fallacy. That science will always be incomplete is not inconsistent with having all elementary science as the simple rules and first three bases of the unfathomably complex game of the tree like the Tower of Science and Life. Basic ‘if it works it works, don’t ask why science’ is a reality of basic science yet falsified as elementary science that requires proven know-why workability. The latter is proven by showing to have followed the prescribed procedure and by giving access to all the raw data containing the statistics proving the claimed best practice track record. The raw data is on my blog and site. The blog shows the trial and error process. Both are linked in the articles. Current Science is based on a falsified implicit claim of best practices because by theorem proven unsolvable and disgracefully demands absolute proof which they acknowledge to be impossible.

 •           Welcome Certifiable Elementary Scientists

After having passed these examination questions, by answering them in the affirmative, as I claim to prove to have done, or posing valid opposition then I welcome you as an elementary scientist. I take it as a fact that you are telling the truth. Because elementary scientists are eternal students, you can drop out of this school of thought and action at any moment. We are thus at best all potential elementary scientists as soon as and as long as we comply with the One Law of Nature. Any dropout can thus always reenter. My Geno/ species personality-speed of brain type is a DG4m. For my further assessment, I revert you to EL.

When you are a potential elementary scientist who hasn’t studied my DOI publications I strongly recommend NOT to do so!

The reason is that the world is on the brink of having World War III which started for the US in 911 and for Europe in Ukraine to rapidly spiral even further out of control as it predictably did during the horrible war in Israel and Gaza. The same is true in several hot spots in the world. The Balkan, Middle East, Africa, and North Korea, to name a few.  Especially China under Xi is in economic trouble and has strongly opted to play the military card in the South China Sea and towards Taiwan and elsewhere.

My model doesn’t show where and when exactly it will spiral out of control but * that it will do so * and that WW III will be more horrid than WW I & WW II combined. This is an easy prediction because many more people will be involved with now 8 billion people and better technology of having weapons of mass destruction. As such the cruelty of war has stayed the same, only it’s now more visible to people not directly involved in wars. The repeated problem is that leaders and their people are in denial and thus incapable of clearly thinking about the unthinkable. By delegating that duty of advising to the Oracle Senates this can be done in a trustworthy win-win way.

5000 YEARS OF WAR DUE TO UNREASONABLE PSEUDO-SCIENTIFIC DOUBT

A proven best-practice scientific method to provide peace and prosperity in our time via effectively preventing pestering in a pareto optimum way via the proposed CPOST Cinque Politica Oracle Senate Test. Enforceable by challenging the Dutch Research Council NWO.

Only by naming and shaming the oligarchs of science such as the Dutch NWO (The Dutch Research Council that funds most of Dutch science) not to have advised the Dutch government to test the proposed Oracle Senate is there still any reasonable hope of averting further mayhem. The Cinque Politica will improve on the now dysfunctional Trias Politica.

That decision to support the test * alone *  will predictably lead to an immediate paradigm shift. The reason is that it evokes a positive Ponzi-style pyramid game.  Every oligarch intuitively senses that the desire to remain an oligarch requires staying within the oligarch’s peer group. The current paradigm forces everyone into a Ponzi-style pyramid game filling one hole with another in a win-lose game. Ultimately it always leads to mounting stress and a lose-lose all-lose result. It’s mass hypnosis at play. Inherent to any pyramid game is to get on board from the start or be banned by your peer group who have changed tack. The game will then be played in a win-win way. There are however only so many oligarchs in power positions.  This hyping method is explained in EL.

Only a global network of such Oracle Senates can in time guarantee the correct working of the instrument brain of homo sapiens, by giving well-informed timely advice to all. Every important decision should have a consensus and a possible eight-way multi-majority check of all eight * easy for everyone to scientifically detect * intelligence and personality DNA type instrument brains, especially of the artistic leaders on complex global R&D issues. And, represent all minorities such as each year group, 50/50 male-female, besides all walks of life. Current billionaires need not fear any change will negatively affect them because that will lead to a suicidal war. Billionaires who want to remain billionaires need to learn to invest wisely in a timely fashion seeing it as a temporary problem that will resolve itself after their times.

Any homo sapiens has the right to judge science on the social contact with humanity to give a proper account of what they are doing, especially when publically funded. This should be delegated to an experienced former magistrate and attorney as a non-basic scientist to do the peer review as an elementary scientist judging basic scientific current peer review which has now been done.

The current scientific peer review is falsified and corrected!
