20-minute read + edit august 30th on offensive Kherson (edits italics)

Proof that the war in Ukraine was also caused by hysteric wokeness a la Hitler, Mussolini, and Franco & autistic apparatchiks a la Stalin, Napoleon, and Putin. Both terms are used here with a broad and negative connotation.

Edit: As I stated earlier a successful offensive on Kherson could prove to be a Pyrrhic victory for Zelensky. As explained yesterday in this post below one of the peels of the onion is the water supply for Crimea is critical for Putin. Whether David is going to slay Goliath remains to be seen. An inherent black box of war. The latter has been predicted by me and proven correctly as unpredictable. Also unpredictable is the black box Kremlin. It might be that Putin’s perception that the situation is sufficiently changed that he could successfully get away with a general mobilization. Putin’s perception of that is unpredictable. If the Russian people would rather die fighting Putin than fighting Ukrainians, then mobilizing could topple Putin. So, losing Kherson, or nearly losing Kherson might invoke a de-escalating nuke strike as predicted most probable near Lviv. Putin thus is at the end of his tether. Losing Kherson will make him seem weak if he doesn’t either declare mobilization or go nuclear. In both cases, Zelensky is in big trouble. So are we then. Putin isn’t bluffing about nukes. End edit.

Only by organizing proper dealing with evidence and proof on important and urgent issues in an all-inclusive way, especially by guaranteeing majority consensus within the minority of the ADHD artistic and spiritually talented can humanity wage peace. The model shows that clear resounding voices * always * have the required ADHD talent. The talent also to get this properly organized.

This can only then be done via proper R&D. The latter in law or serious dispute requires duly disruptive litigation to reach and keep a durable balance on decent goals.

The dispute on this highly taboo issue should conform to the current paradigm and be held in a safe environment. The required transparency is given behind closed doors.

Only then can sexual abuse cases and all other also criminal misbehavior reside. And be tried in law corectly when all the teams of humanity have organized themselves according to the grand law of everything. This law splits out into ten dualistic laws of everything and countless local laws such as the most fundamental law of humanity that has ten dualistic articles.

I claim complete consistency of my model with all data in the cosmos. A challenge to anyone and especially scientists to pose decent valid opposition to the goal of valid falsification.

As long as valid falsification isn’t given then my claim as developed in this blog stands as proven. Humanity carries the burden of disproof in a proper proceeding. QED!

The correct proven best practice definition of science always proper and exact is:

The decent systematic search for all the laws of everything and all-inclusive Bildung.

Pseudo-science is in breach of this definition.

COMPLETENESS

Mind, there are several forms of completeness of data. Completeness in the sense of all-encompassing. Thus also of the data by the axiomatically (culprit) proven postulate (suspect) that relevant data is outside our observable universe that is assumed to comply with the observable completely consistent laws that are observable to the collective brain of humanity.

Besides all-encompassing completeness, there is completeness in the sense of being completely filled in at the smallest level of a virtual data sphere of interactive data in space-time. A best practice proven thought experiment. Then there are countless local set-theory domains of completeness. Such as the completeness of data known to forgetful me. Completeness of data known to mankind. The required science proper of completeness of data open-source on Wikipedia. Logically complete consistency of the thought experiments required to make inherent incomplete evidence complete.

By claiming undisputed having challenged science to do so my claim of having covered most data ground than anyone else that claims complete consistency, stands as proven until valid falsification has been given. Falsification of either breach of logic or breach of complete data by showing data I’ve not dealt with. To pose valid opposition requires the claim of opposition to be put forward in English or Dutch writing and all algebraic formula’s to be visualized dynamically and all statistics put forward in percentages.

All individual or combined forms of communication must be axiomatically taken to be completely consistent. This is a logical dictate required to test the postulate of complete consistency. So the demand to for the time being not provide a quantized complete consistent model is a tyrannical dictate. Only via proven best practice can that ultimate algebraic theorem in part be had. Demanding the latter too soon is idiotic. After having posed valid falsification of the current scientific paradigm I provide a far better scientific procedure. My model covers all of QM, GR, DM, DE, gravity maximum speed in the cosmos, DNA life and death, and the human and mammal brain, etc. all described in common sense testable classical mechanical way. Also proving all the laws and thus procedures in the proven most simple completely consistent way.

PROPOSITIONS

Having fewer females in top positions than men is statistically strong evidence of a seriously mentally sick society.

Having disproportionally much more criminals in jail of a certain ethnic group is strong statistical evidence of a seriously criminally insane society.

Having disproportionally more people of certain personality types such as ADHD or slower thinkers in jail is strong evidence of a seriously criminally insane society.

Having disproportionally more sexual abuse of women and children than grownup men is strong statistical evidence of a seriously criminally insane society.

Having disproportionately more female judges than male judges is statistically strong evidence of a seriously mentally sick society.

Having disproportionately fewer females in jail than men is statistically strong evidence of a seriously criminally insane society. New insight for most if not all.

Having more than 1% rich poverty, poor poverty, or mental poverty at any time is evidence bordering on nigh conclusive proof of a suicidally criminally insane society.

Woke people instead of demanding apologies for slavery in the past, should all be very ashamed of themselves. This is for only fighting against poverty instead of fighting to abolish it. Abolishing poverty is possible for more than 99%. Poverty is slavery. Slavery is prolonged due to woke people who due to their sort of idiocy don’t grasp that fighting poverty becomes a religious desire to fight poverty dictating that their brains will intuitively fight against abolishing poverty and thus woke people are mostly unwittingly fighting for the continuation of slavery. Understanding this requires the talent of sufficient abstract logic. That being the idiocy either by outdated religion or hysteric inherent idiocy on abstract logic.

Only by humbly asking forgiveness should indeed these sins be forgiven. Christians should understand this as Jesus said on the cross “Forgive them lord for they know not what they do,” or words to that effect. Yet under Just Proof that forgiveness is only granted once per such crime against humanity.

Not having a normal bell curve distribution of wealth and income in any society is criminally insane.

That humanity has had seriously mentally sick societies probably since before homo sapiens started using tools and especially having a division of labour doesn’t prove an incurable problem. It does prove that there is as yet no insight into being criminally insane to any democratic majority degree. For it is indeed normal but of course not desirable.

That humanity has been able to become more and more civilized in a way, doesn’t prove that humanity has also seriously aggravated the problem and risks as well. Still having nuclear weapons is nigh absolute proof of a suicidally sick society. The current war in Ukraine and the explicit threats of going nuclear by Putin are bringing this into stark focus.

Having wars in the world is proof of a criminally insane world. Anyone asking forgiveness for this can and must be forgiven for we are all at fault, myself included.

The male and mostly female hysterics have as a dirty little secret earning model of desire the white & black magic of paradoxical irony. Autists can’t register irony as 60% of humanity can test to see this to be true.

Causing conflict and wars via irony, idiocy, intrigue, gossip, hatred, etc. is just as culpable in Just Law as is physical violence that is caused by such disruptive woke talk. And just as easy to prove as violence is. Provided this is done correctly.

The same is true for a dirty little secret of desire earning model using the white & black magic abstract logic against hysterics. Even the most highly intelligent fast thinkers of any personality type can’t compute abstract logic at the highest level that only these fastest thinkers can reach. All ADHD and autistic types can check the existence of gender-neutral female logic. People without the nack for mathematics at the level that they otherwise in other areas do show to have a talent for. As a metaphor explaining the latter. When you go through the door of a university in a healthy world you are in the domain of far above-average complex problems. The Domaine for the 10% far above average fast thinkers. Yet that domain can be split into a bell curve distribution of complexity as well requiring to work more or less hard. And, hysterics should stay as a > 99% truth well clear of wanting to study mathematics at the highest level. They lack that DNA talent.

The minority ADHD types that sense that things are wrong are treated as mad outcasts.

Not claiming complete consistency on an essential model of the complete cosmos given incomplete data on any most fundamental or most urgent issue is avoidable and thus culpable as criminally insane.

IDIOCY, TRANSPARENCY, & DULY DISRUPTIVE LITIGATION

All mammals including humans are on half the essential neurologically essential tracks of mind for survival on any goal of life to be assessed as mentally healthy deep idiots. Idiocy is never clear to any idiot. All idiocy is now potentially transparent thus clear to all idiots via indirect self-testing. Not testing is thus avoidable and thus culpable as criminally insane.

All humans are to be seen as the CEO of their survival of the fittest. The latter means well adapted to a changing environment. Thus also an Indian living in the Amazon is self culpable when dying in a nuclear war, never having even known nuclear war was a problem.

All humans can more or less hypnotize and can be hypnotized as a survival trait. When hypnotics are neurologically internalized it’s best defined as religious, not per se in the spiritual sense of the word. Spirituality is best defined as concerning individual and human peer group intuitions or feelings. If you believe that hypnotics and religion exist what could it be for other than an obvious survival trait?

Having any word allergies at all when discussing important issues in a safe environment is criminally insane for unduly disruptive. The entire world should thus become a safe environment, as a dictate following the social contract with humanity.

Breaking with taboos is duly inherently disruptive of neurologically internalized outdated religious hypnotics. A suicidally mental disorder leads even potentially highly gifted on that track to act idiotically in a suicidal way on any goal. Although there are per individual uncountably many different tracks of mind, given the fourth law of everything these tracks can best be systematically taken as eight different tracks as know-how of organizing the collective brain and ten tracks when systematically describing the know-why. Measured at optimum alertness of the reptile brain, and measured at optimum mental pressure for best performance. Distinguishing each individual belonging to only one of four speeds of the brain. As easy to learn as playing chess. Essential Bildung for otherwise dangerously pestering yourself and others.

Proper litigation is essential in law to prevent real fighting be it lateral or physical to erupt. Proper litigation is paradoxically thus unavoidably duly disruptive. The honest woke conviction that proper hypnotic HRM and sales wording can always prevent any strong disruptive feelings is criminally insane idiocy.

Anyone who judges others or judges serious issues who isn’t authentically transparent is now transparent to all who abide by the most fundamental law of humanity dictating to investigate and study. Proper Bildung is both a fundamental human right and also a duty of every human. Noncompliance is in breach of the social contract with the humanity of preventing pestering others via inconsistent reasoning and undue acting or nonaction. Inconsistencies are conflicts that lead to mounting tension and thus wars such as the one in Ukraine.

Anyone who is not transparent must not be trusted on anything concerning most fundamental or any urgent issues. On those issues, everyone must learn to call out on any claimant not being transparent on their personality type and speed of brain type. Or simply ignore them and make it clear to others that the person is not to be trusted at all. For proven to be non-authentic and thus dangerously unduly disruptive.

BALANCE

Not keeping global environmental balance, such as the water balance leads to war. Water for Crimea is part of the current war.

Not keeping the global economic balance, such as the energy balance leads to war. Off-the-shelf technology nuclear energy is our only option whatever the climate does. Anyone who has ever opposed nuclear energy and believes that CO2 works like a thermostat against climate change has caused and is causing that climate change when these beliefs are taken as fact. A criminally insane position to hold.

Not keeping the political balance leads to war. The proposed new oracle senate test with senators for life is the only option still open for this. Only by durably taking the best possible decisions can humanity hope to succeed in any goal. This can only be done by delegating the proper R&D in a safe environment thus behind closed doors. Only by the power to enforce all inherent oligarchs to testify and having full secrecy for whistleblowers can this be done. Durably having sound well researched advice is a panacea for all problems of society. This essential trust any leader must learn to delegate. Yet, also always durably check.

Not keeping the military balance including the military nuclear balance pending global disarmament will lead to war. Ex-KGB mobster Putin predictably exploited this weakness of NATO making war in Ukraine possible.

Pestering people as in wars leads to tadpole robotics. Twenty years of war in Afghanistan and approximately 46% of the population is younger than fifteen years of age. Being treated decent leads to a decline in the population as many EU countries show. Pestering causes imbalance.

Going back to nature the world will now as an educated guess sustain a maximum of four billion and an optimum of two billion people. In the next ice age if we survive that long the maximum will be two and the optimum one billion humans. Well, we are currently at seven going on nine. Would our woke back to nature humans kindly point out what sort of ‘Endlösung’ they have in mind for the imbalance of overpopulation?

MY PROVEN 100% SCORE ON PUTIN’S WAR

With the benefit of hindsight, I can only now try to capitalize on my 100% score on what culprits Putin and Xi would do and indeed have done concerning Ukraine and Taiwan. This is akin to a famous Dutch football player Johan Cruyff scoring 23 times and no goals against, outstripping by far any other contenders in the contest. For some, the way Johan talked about logic and played the artistic leader on the football pitch was seen by most as an incomprehensible sort of magic. People with the same personality type as Johan like me, even though I don’t even like the game of football, understand what his Bayesian ramblings of dynamic space-time on the field are about. ADHD types see Cruyff as a well-trained football player and not a godlike figure. This model proves that the existence of any geniuses is a criminally insane myth.

As a fact it’s now clear that had NATO, and the EU done what I suggested we nigh certain would have had a modern monarch Putin and peace in Ukraine. A restored just trust in the global economy including a modern monarch emperor Xi of China. No 20% inflation and possible famine in the world. No gas energy crises. Temporary the EU as a nuclear power with the oracle senates holding the keys. Russia and Ukraine are then part of the EU and NATO. No death and destruction in Ukraine.

Mind as any especially lawyer like myself knows it’s always possible to argue the inverse of the truth in a seemingly compelling way. The main hypnotic tricks are to induce or capitalize on fear via building trust and so trick the focus away from the scary problem and set it on a tunnel vision of a solution. Whether that solution is highly improbable or probable becomes irrelevant. These techniques can best be described as marketing, advertisement, HRM, and sales. Probably even the Babylonians knew the know-how to do a good con job.

Because of humanity’s use of tools such as nuclear weapons we’ve successfully built ever better tools like ever better Titanic ships. Only by combining all the known data on Quantum Mechanics, General Relativity, DNA, and computers in a completely consistent testable composition/scenario following proper CSI methods did I find the grand law of everything and its derivatives.

PUTIN

Again Putin is a narcissistic authoritarian worse than Maffia for a professional ex-KGB mobster. Mind an adaptation due to being correct and fully consistent with my predictions is that Putin of course will not go nuclear when he thinks that he can still be seen as a winner by his oligarch power base of ex-KGB friends. Knowing that he will be killed if this is seen as a winner by his fellow mobsters is in jeopardy. So even if the Russian people, on the whole, will suffer enormous hardships, when the economic sanctions as I predicted not only not work but be counterproductive as is now clear to everyone true to the extent that these ex-KGB mobsters are still earning more than they can spend, then Putin will of course not have to go nuclear. My other two predictions of the unpredictable Kremlin and Combat black boxes have also come true.

As I explained at the start you need to view this as like peeling an onion. The outer core is a wet dream of Putin to restore a great Slavic empire. One peel less is restoring the former Soviet Union’s extent of power. One peel less and Putin wants the whole of Ukraine. One peel less Putin needs the Donbas, a route to including Crimea and water for Crimea. One peel less Putin needs the sanctions lifted. One peel less we get into the black box of Kremlin politics. Putin needs to keep his oligarch power base in check. One peel less Putin needs to keep his ex-KGB oligarchs in check. One peel less Putin’s hypnotic belief installed in him by his Rasputin Dugin of the great Slavic Empire. One peel less when push comes to shove it’s only about narcissist Putin.

THE ATTACK ON RASPUTIN DUGIN

What exactly happened here and why is hard to assess. I assume that Putin’s Rasputin Dugin was the intended target and because he per hap a chance left the car just in time making that only his daughter got killed. Although uncertain by peeling the onion we can predict the following as most probable. Taking as a fact that the ex-KGB mobsters are satisfied with Putin’s war results so far, they are still in a parasitic winning position. This is due to the sanctions and Putin’s gameplay taking as a fact that being on top of all of Russia, they are still earning more than they can spend. The financial hits they endured only made them more vengeful against the EU and NATO. It’s a mobster war they accept taking hits as long as they see that Putin will keep them on top.

The same goes for China. The cuurupt system in the lead can have the poor pay the bill of defaults in the system.

The influence of Putin’s Rasputin Dugin akin to the influence of the historic Rasputin on the Tsar is however a danger. The ex-KGB are probably not religiously focused on Dugin’s great Slavic empire.

Because I as stated before took the inner workings of the Kremlin as an unpredictable black box now the plot on Dugin failed a power struggle might or might not ensue. There is no way of anyone knowing what their perception and that of Putin is of who any of his ex-KGB mates plotted against Dugin. At best a plot thus against Putin’s Slavic religion I mentioned earlier as a reason to deem Puti more or less mentally sick.

It’s also very difficult to assess how erratic Putin might get due to the mental stress he’s experiencing. And, it is also difficult to assess how Dugin will react. Who has the ear of Putin then? Ex-KGB who want a deal as a way out even excepting the Crimea not having water, as long as they can pray as parasites on the dying carcass of Russia, are not interested in any Slavic ideal. Or Dugin?

Because Putin will expect that he can’t stay in power when he loses his oligarch power base and Putin is a narcissist I’d bet that he doesn’t put his religion as more important as himself ‘Putin The Great’.

Then there are media that state that Dugin had already fallen from the grace of Putin. And that Dugin has been critical of the way Putin has handled Ukraine. I agree that Putin probably finds Dugin a nuisanse. I disagree that the assassination attempt by the car bomb was the work of amateurs. A sudden change of use of the car is an inherent risk in any plot even by experts. The culprits up until now as far as I know have gotten away. Other means are riskier when wanting to be certain of getting the right target but wanting to get away is deemed more important. Motive and possibility point more to a part of the ex-KGB oligarchs at work.

WOKE PACIFISM

Whether or not the KGB in the DDR financed the anti-nuclear pacifist movement or not, this woke movement has been a ‘conditio sine qua non’ i.e. an indispensable condition for Putin to attack Ukraine. No NATO or EU politician could talk or even think in a coherent way about how nuclear deterrence works. Due to this no general, or military expert and thus the military press could address this taboo topic. Leaving holes in the nuclear umbrella, that mobsters * always * will exploit this caused by anxiety and weakness especially when mobsters are cornered. Putin needed to shift focus away from the economic problems due to corona. Not only is this known by many on how mobsters work, but I’ve also never observed any case of my many cases that this criminal exploitation behavior as if it were robotics, didn’t follow. Always more or less tunnel vision on the gains and a blind eye on the real risk assessment.

Indeed it is just as difficult even now to grasp this as it would have been had I gone back in time to the start of the American Civil War and tried to explain to the North that they should simply buy the South and in that way free the slaves. With the benefit of hindsight that would have cost far less in blood, suffering, and dollars. A win-win situation for all especially many rich oligarchs in the North and the South. Even if I went back in time to try to explain to Aristotle that no one should hold slaves, he wouldn’t be able to understand. Just wait until the woke mob starts throwing bad Aristotle too from his pedestal.

AGAIN THE BLOCK MODEL

Being authentically authoritarian (20% of humanity 50/50 m/f in the block model) is now transparent for all how to judge that correctly for > 99.9% probative value in individual cases excluding the own gut feeling. Thus potentially clear to all. Authoritarian people have no just authority on any most fundamental or urgent issue. Unless they can show the evidence of the authority of artistic creativity of clear resounding voices being by a clear majority in concurrence of what is claimed. Provided everybody that judges have Bildung and follow proper proceedings completely consistent with the most fundamental law of human rights given below.

Trying to hide behind privacy and the right to free speech and to judge others on basis of the majority mob rule of Jhonny Average and current pseudo-science, especially in psychology and the exact sciences, especially in QM is suicidally insane. This is to be judged so because these are unjustifiably dominated by more and more woke hysterics & apparatchiks which leads to huge suffering and ultimate war. You can’t judge others anonymously or in non-transparency on all your individual goals and your always relevant track record. First of all, no one has to judge anyone or anything unless duly warranted. Only then can you have your privacy respected.

Mind this all of course only concerns serious or urgent issues.

Please take note that Just Law provides the unalienable right to self-defense and the defense of others. So, if you judge others, especially on important issues that take on the form of unduly pestering you must even be judged if need be in a decent show trial when you don’t accept a fair trial behind closed doors.

Also potentially transparent to all is the DNA personality trait which is the set of talents of all autistic people. Always potentially successfully being duped all the time by the 60% of humanity using the for autistic people white or black magic of irony. The latter is by having autists hypnotically believe that the hysterics are indeed going by the book whereas the opposite is true. Thus easy to prove in this transparent to 60% of all of humanity way is that proven autistic people can have no authority whatsoever on complicated social issues or issues such as rheology, aerodynamics, climate, climate change, and energy transition, which all urgent and strategically important i.e. long term and crises issues. Of all personality, type intelligence forms autism is most easily hypnotized and talented to become religious zealots. Even as an anti-religious religion.

Being an authentically mentally healthy hysteric genotype (40% of humanity 20/80 m/f in the block model) is now potentially transparent to all. Also potentially transparent to all is the DNA personality trait which is a set of talents of all hysteric people. They have the talent of the hypnotics of wokeism.

It’s easy to dope slow thinkers by faster thinkers.

If you look like a duck, walk like a duck, and talk like a duck then anyone may call you a duck. That simply can’t be made to be unduly disruptive. So, an authoritarian person may be called out. As also any autistic person, hysteric person, or ADHD type like me. Mind, this is true only in serious or urgent cases. Via this model anyone can learn to see right through you and state who you are in a fully transparent way. As if it is an MRI scan.

Because this model everything has a causal effect to be given to any observed statistical data it can always be made transparent who said, did, and thought what. In that way, sexual abuse can always be proven in a way that has an error rate of below 1/2000. Instead of the current 50% to now probably 90% of innocent men that get convicted having the culprits go free. Culprits such as women making false acquisitions. Yet also male rapists often get away with rape. Being judged as if it wasn’t proven rape. Easy to prove even when the suspect is denying it and even when the only evidence is the word of one against the other. Primarily however by abolishing all poverty, the statistics will show an easily predictable quick durable sharp fall in all misbehavior. And thus, also in the number of mental illnesses, criminality, and thus mass incarceration we observe in our for that very reason seriously mentally sick society. For instance, it will then predictably show that a majority of women in such a non-mentally sick society will much sooner than is now the case press charges. That alone drops the error rate enormously.

I’ve tested woke lawyers and magistrates many times in trying to explain that women indeed often don’t press charges other than sometimes years later when for instance they indeed have been raped. This tardiness is due to the insane society. It is at least mental negligence by everybody to keep that going. It’s nigh impossible to explain to the woke community that thus the act of pressing charges at all makes it less likely to be true a rape was committed. Woke people go in a Bayesian inverse and see it as extra proof of rape. Then convict in cases where an acquittal in Just proceeding is dictated.

When judging a rape case when the only evidence on record is the word of the charges of the one and the denial of the other, it can only be judged intuitively with the correct instrument brains in a proper proceeding. Only when at least two preferably more ADHD types show independently of each other to have the strong gut feeling of guilt and after having stated this the autistic and hysteric judges concur only then is there sufficient evidence to claim beyond reasonable doubt proof.

Mind, the inverse is also true. Even given a massive amount of evidence of guilt, a strong feeling of innocence by the ADHD types can on basis of that very reason lead to a valid acquittal. Yet of course only in very incidental cases. Otherwise, the statistics won’t add up in a completely consistent way. Understanding when it is not yet the current religious paradigm is only possible for 1% of humanity. Only 1/125 to be more precise. When the paradigm shift occurs everyone can think to understand anything. That’s hypnotics at play.

HOW CAN THIS PHYSICS OF PSYCHOLOGY BE?

UNLESS ZELENSKY PLAYS IT WIN-WIN

This will immediately heal the holes in the nuclear deterrence and block any possible de-escalating nuke strike by Putin. A danger that still exists!
• Then have the NATO and EU accept Russia as an EU & NATO member provided they give the keys to the nukes and all nuke technology to the EU Senate. Without the possibility to have a Ruxit-like Brexit in Russia. Instead of the EU and Russian federation name it the New Federation.
• Advice to have the Dutch PM Rutte together with former NATO Secretary Jaap the Hoop Scheffer get a carte blanche to negotiate on behalf of NATO and the EU to broker such a deal, in a good cop bad cop way. Even if this takes the bitterest pill of granting all the ex-KGB mobsters a golden bridge way out. Don’t ever deal with mobsters but deal with them.
