Professor Sean Michael Carroll (born October 5, 1966) is an American theoretical physicist and philosopher who specializes in quantum mechanics, cosmology, and the philosophy of science.

Seven years ago he gave a very nice intro to my way of thinking. This was for an audience of Google and I guess as a promotion of his book  The Big Picture: From the Big Bang to the Meaning of Life.

Once you grasp this you will subsequently be able to grasp why the start of his talk on the Lucia de B. murder case caught the attention of my dear friend emeritus professor of statistics Leiden, Richard D. Gill KNAW, and me.

This murder case gave rise to a silly yet most fundamental i.e. elementary scientific discussion of which is better Bayesian statistics or empirical/ frequentist statistics?

Such discussions are silly because all these tools should render the same result when used correctly. What should be common sense is that Bayesian probabilistic reasoning is the all-encompassing mathematics jokingly referred to as n = 1 statistics. Bayes is frowned upon by mathematicians as a philosophy instead of mathematics. I prove that it’s elementary physics as the 3rd Law of Everything. This is simply logic. If it works with one it works with many towards infinity as long as no data con are observed.

Bayesian inference is an interpretation of the theorem of Pierre Laplace which Sean Carroll nicely explains as Laplace’s Demon.  Sean seven years ago still ignored Bayes. I don’t know if he still does. Anyway, a very nice intro to the problem. Remember that Bayes helps humanity and you out of Plato’s cave. Like a computer game, there are complexity levels at play. Sean nicely explains this as well. Bear in mind that my model provides the first three elementary levels on which the unfathomably complex tree like the Tower of rising complexity levels of all non-pseudo science can be built. The seeming contradiction in my model is that the blossoms on the tree are always simple solutions, for then solved. The oligarchs of science hate this. I explain why that is later, but first I highly recommend watching the video.

ONE LAW OF NATURE MAKES ONE LAW OF HUMAN NATURE

The basic psychological fact that different intelligence and personality types can’t understand each other has led to the mounting global amok. The task of the legal sciences is to know how conflicts arise, and how to put an end to conflicts and keep them ended. The know-why has eluded humanity.  Most also know that classical mechanics, general relativity, and quantum mechanics are at odds. Here I show that following a well-known legal crime scene procedure with very few slight twists proves the thesis of one law of nature as one law of human nature of which all the theorems were in long ago. The theorem of John Bell on quantum entanglement falsifies the axioms of the antithesis. It’s a non-elementary reality as basic local laws of science. By default, there is no reason that the cosmos isn’t classical mechanics and thus governed by simple rules. The grand axiom and grand goal of homo sapiens prove the thesis via the strongest possible reductio ad absurdum proof combined with the weakest proof of convincing circumstantial evidence. All data taken into evidence shows only data pro requiring one idea for the proof. Preventing pestering very practically produces peace and prosperity in our time.

This amendment to the Oxford Dictionary is used in this article on the elementary list (EL). The linked article forms an introduction to this article and also contains the proofs and procedures. This article adds to those proofs. This list proves that I contrary to the current paradigm in science have followed the procedure of the current paradigm. I’ve fulfilled my burden of proof without the fallacy of begging the question. I claim a position and have proved that position in an inherent circular argument covering the most data ground as proven by far best practice. I present the verifiable raw data as proof of that elementary claim. Thus forced to take all presented data into evidence given the obvious absence of evidence not being evidence of absence.  Nothing is certain, not even that. The proof is thus based on axiomatic assumptions derived from postulates. Five exclusive elementary axioms on five wise goals that can be reduced ad absurdum to one grand axiom of one consistent cosmos on one grand goal of bare survival of homo sapiens. Science is proven to be an elementary but not a basic religion. There is only one elementary scientific religion besides elementary pseudo-scientific religions. Other religions are not scientific. (EL: elementary religion is neurologically internalized hypnotic beliefs as memories. This is a DNA survival trait.) This new article uses this unambiguous elementary (EL: meaning most fundamental in the cosmos super set) jargon of EL. Conforming to the required scientific trial and error procedure the EL is amended as well. The proven by far best practice definition of science as it now by trial and error stands is:

The decent systematic search for all the laws of everything and all-inclusive Bildung.

‘Decent’ means for homo sapiens by homo sapiens on the grand goal and logically derived goals. When the future evidence shows that homo sapiens is superseded as homo erectus was superseded the definition will have to be revised. ‘Homo sapiens’ per definition * thus without exception * (adaptation to EL) when all being mentally healthy is four-way split into in-the-set-law-box  40% autistic gender neutral male logic idiocy, 40% hysteric gender neutral female logic idiocy, and out-of that-box 10% gamma ADHD artistic playwright idiocy, 10% delta ADHD artistic composer idiocy personality-type intelligence and also in a four-way split in intelligent inertia speed of brain 10% Very Slow, 40% Slow, 40% Fast, and 10% Very Fast idiocy thinkers. Every homo sapiens is easy to detect by all potentially with hard work 1/1000 highly gifted person and with luck a fairly meaningless genious because someone has to be first. There is no evidence-based reason to assume that 1/500 prevalent Albert Einstein or 1/125 prevalent Leonardo da Vinci genotypes as individuals were not homo sapiens. Minor mutations or dysfunctional mutations are irrelevant. Only a major improvement to the instrument brain warrants a new name for species of the genus.  Phenotype, deep religious type, religious type, and unique individual type are smaller subsets within the boundaries of the superset genotype and species type. •            Elementary scientist exam method

This Socratic taboo questionnaire provides an unambiguous answer to the question if you are certified as an elementary scientist. Only proven elementary scientists are potential reliable sources on elementary issues. The question of whether or not you are a basic scientist with a Ph.D. is irrelevant to an elementary probandum of this article. ‘Elementary’ means most fundamental in the superset cosmos.

1.           Are you a homo sapiens? If not please state what you are. If you are a computer please shut down. If you are homo sapiens but don’t accept the Grand Goal of the bare survival of homo sapiens then please shut up and enlighten us on what your opinion is after you’ve died.

2.           Do you accept the Grand Axiom as the exclusive elementary axiomatic assumption of One Consistent Cosmos? Consistent means absolutely loophole-free complete and absolutely no contradictions in the superset cosmos. If not, then no elementary scientific discourse is possible. So, then please shut up, be attentive, and come back when you do. For if real magic exists then all the science and the scientific method are per logical definition falsified. An open mind has its limits given the Grand Goal.

3.           Do you claim to have solved all the first three rising complexity levels of the elementary questions in science and do you provide all the geometry and other mathematical theorems on which all further non-pseudo infinite incomplete science can logically be based in One Law of Nature? If you don’t, then please shut up, be attentive, and come back when you do.

4.           Do you claim to have the elementary and basic scientific instruction manual of the instrument brain and that of the collective instrument brain as the physics of psychology based on the One Law of Human Nature that is consistent with the One Law of Nature and can you prove to have best practice applied it successfully in all of several fields? If not, then please shut up, be attentive, and come back when you do.

5.           Have you studied the EL list and this article?  If not, then please shut up, be attentive, and come back when you very precisely and respectfully can show any data that is incorrect or not dealt with that you or others have consistently dealt with. If any such major error amounting to valid falsification exists it should be very easy to be shown. This is logical because the claim in this model is that it’s all classical mechanics. When anyone shows minor errors or omissions * that no doubt always will exist * these are irrelevant when corrected after giving a reasonable time to do so. This is because nitpicking is a fallacy. That science will always be incomplete is not inconsistent with having all elementary science as the simple rules and first three bases of the unfathomably complex game of the tree like the Tower of Science and Life. Basic ‘if it works it works, don’t ask why science’ is a reality of basic science yet falsified as elementary science that requires proven know-why workability. The latter is proven by showing to have followed the prescribed procedure and by giving access to all the raw data containing the statistics proving the claimed best practice track record.

•            Welcome Certifiable Elementary Scientists

After having passed these examination questions, by answering them in the affirmative, as I claim to prove to have done, or posing valid opposition then I welcome you as an elementary scientist. Take it as a fact that you are telling the truth. Because elementary scientists are eternal students, you can drop out of this school of thought and action at any moment. We are thus at best all potential elementary scientists as soon as and as long as we comply with the One Law of Nature. Any dropout can thus always reenter.
