Declare martial law & order the military to keep to their oath

President Biden as CiC of the military should order the military on their oath to protect the constitution from all enemies and take immediate action against the domestic ones to prevent the US from becoming a mobster state akin to Russia. The ruling of the Supreme Court in the Trump case proves that the majority of these judges are corrupt because, in effect, they have neutralized the Constitution paving the way for Donald Trump to become a dictator akin to Putin.

It was wise first to see if the system after Trump’s attempted coup d’etat in 2021 could correct itself but now it hasn’t the military on their oath can still do what they could have done especially when ordered by the president which they’ve sworn to obey.

All the Supreme Court judges that have ruled against the constitution should on suspicion of conspiracy of high treason be jailed pending further trial.

After the arrests, Biden should declare martial law and order federal emergency laws.

•  Implement a temporary more direct democratic voting system by federal law.
• Postpone the Presidential elections to a date no longer than one year to be decided within the month. (Or follow any laws that provide the rules to be followed.)
• Declare by federal law that no public office can be held after becoming 72 years of age.
• Step down automatically making the Vice President the new President.

The danger of a civil war erupting lessens when decisive action backed by the military is taken and by solving several serious flaws in the system in one go. New leaders and oligarch networks will arise in this new reality.
